India Eyes Deportation, Dominica Needs Clarity on Citizenship: Where Mehul Choksi's Case Stands Ahead of Day 2 of Hearing

In case of an adverse order, Mehul Choksi has the option of appealing in higher courts in Dominica. A team of multi-agency officials led by a CBI DIG has gone to Dominica to bring Choksi to India if court there clears his deportation to India.
